At Hides Foodservice, we take great pride in our heritage. Our story began among the rolling hills and historic spires of County Durham — the land of the Prince Bishops. Inspired by the region’s small, independent artisan producers, our founder, Mike Hide, followed his passion for exceptional food and established Hides Fine Foods. His vision was simple: to bring together and showcase some of the finest quality foods the United Kingdom has to offer.
